Nexus is one of the largest
and most diversified real estate developers and managers in New Jersey.
Nexus has been intimately involved in the renaissance of Trenton for
more than thirty years, and has expanded throughout Mercer County, and
into Monmouth and Ocean Counties as well. Nexus and its affiliates own
and/or manage over 2 million square feet of office, commercial and warehouse
space, as well as two parking garages (with a combined capacity of about
3500 cars) and several commercial surface parking lots (with a total
of over 6000 spaces).

PARKING
FACILITIES
Nexus and its affiliates
have been in the commercial parking business since 1986. We designed,
built and financed the 1600-car Station Plaza Parking Garage in Trenton,
New Jersey, in 1986, and built the 1800-car Trenton Park and Ride garage
for New Jersey Transit in 1994. We continue to successfully operate
these facilities. In addition, Nexus was recently awarded the contract
to operate the new 650-car Lafayette Yard Parking Deck in Trenton, as
well as New Jersey Transit's 3500-space parking garage at MetroPark.
Nexus also operates several surface parking lots in the busiest areas
of Trenton.

COMMERCIAL
PROPERTIES
Among the Nexus commercial
developments are the Station Plaza complex in Trenton, Alexander Court
and Princeton Plaza on the Route 1 corridor in Princeton; Southern Ocean
County Medical Arts Pavilion in Manahawkin, Ocean County; Quail Creek
Shopping Mall in Howell Township, Monmouth County; Sherwood Plaza Professional
Center in Toms River, Ocean County; as well as a number of other office
buildings and day care facilities. Certified Steel Company, a steel
wholesaler/service center, is another member of the Nexus family.

HISTORIC
RENOVATIONS
Nexus has performed renovations
to a number of historical properties: the Roebling Metro complex, once
part of the famous Roebling wire rope manufacturing facility, now offers
office, warehouse and light manufacturing space in several buildings
in the southern part of Trenton; the Lee Overall Building Building in
Trenton; and the Fisk Professional Center, once the Fisk School, in
Ewing Township, Mercer County.
