Additional Information: The Mancini Pavilion - a 45,000 square foot build-to-suit medical office space at the Southern Ocean County Hospital constructed by Nexus. The Pavilion consists of a critical care unit, transitional care wing, kitchen and cafeteria. The specialized, high-tech units installed include a $1 million dollar MRI unit, a $1.2 million dollar emergency department renovation, ultrasound, histology, cardiopulmonary, endoscopy units, and a state of the art maternity unit. Nexus also constructed their radiation therapy/oncology building.
