Nexus

The scope of our health care projects is wide. In Toms River, New Jersey, we created a 55,000 square foot medical office building with multiple health care providers. In Lakewood, we are currently building a 30,000 square foot medical professional plaza. In Manahawkin, we have a strong presence at Southern Ocean County Hospital. Projects include the Medical Arts Pavilion which is a 45,000 square foot medical office space. We have modernized most of the existing hospital and constructed their new Mancini Pavilion. The Mancini project consisted of a critical care unit, transitional care wing, a new kitchen and cafeteria. The renovations which were specialized, high-tech units within the facility included a $1 million MRI unit, a $1.2 million emergency department renovation, ultrasound, histology, cardiopulmonary, endoscopy units, and a state of the art maternity unit.
We also constructed their radiation therapy/oncology building. |
