ROEBLING METRO
Nexus Properties is pleased to announce the addition of a new tenant to its roster at Roebling Metro. The Visiting Nurse Association has located to 171 Jersey Street in Trenton, New Jersey.
Roebling Metro is an office campus consisting of 440,000 square feet of Class A office space. Located within one block of Route 129, it offers an excellent location for the various highway networks surrounding the site including Route 1, Route 95 and Route 295 as well as the New Jersey Turnpike.
Currently, only two buildings remain to be developed. Building Six consists of 40,000 square feet of available space and Building Three consists of two suites, 7,340 square feet in the first suite and 11,000 square feet in the second suite.
Nexus Properties in addition to developing these properties, constructs and manages other properties throughout the region including Ocean County, Monmouth County and Mercer County.
