Monthly Parking Alternatives
1. Reserved Parking Space:
Each reserved space is for your exclusive use only. It is designated on the ground level of the garage. With the rental of this space, you will be issued a 24-hour access card which requires a $25.00 refundable deposit.
RESERVED MONTHLY COST: $170.00
2. Non-Reserved Parking Space:
These spaces are throughout the various levels of the garage. You may park in any space other than a reserved or handicapped space. With the rental of a non-reserved space, you will be issued a 24-hour access card which requires a $25.00 refundable deposit.
NON-RESERVED MONTHLY COST: $135.00
3. Commuter Non-Reserved Parking Space (limited number of spaces available):
Commuter parking is only available for Weekly or Monthly Rail Customers on NJ Transit, AMTRAK, and SEPTA. Commuters must show valid weekly or monthly pass each month. Spaces are available throughout the various levels of the garage. You may park in any space other than a reserved or handicapped space. With the rental of this space, you will be issued a 24- hour access card which requires a $25.00 refundable deposit.
COMMUTER MONTHLY COST: $90.00
4. 10 Pass Daily Coupon Book:
With the purchase of a small coupon book, you get 10 coupons. Each coupon works in conjunction with taking a ticket as you enter the garage. A coupon gives you the ability to park in any space other than a reserved or handicapped space. As you leave, you will give the coupon with the ticket to the attendant, who will let you exit. Coupons do not apply to an overnight stay; they are for a one-day stay (up to 18 hours). A coupon book can be purchased at the attendant's booth.
SMALL COUPON BOOK COST: $77.50
5. 20 Pass Daily Coupon Book:
With the purchase of a large coupon book, you get 20 coupons. Each coupon works in conjunction with taking a ticket as you enter the garage. A coupon gives you the ability to park in any space other than a reserved or handicapped space. As you leave, you will give the coupon with the ticket to the attendant, who will let you exit.
