This proposed mixed-use project consists of two twin, 20-story, 600,000 square foot landmark buildings directly across from the renovated Trenton Transit Center. The transit-oriented development (TOD) also calls for the construction of a 2,400-unit parking garage that will have 30,000 square feet of retail space at street level.

Station Plaza is expected to qualify for a Gold LEED certification, offering a more energy efficient and enjoyable place to work. Nexus is laying the foundation for the revitalization of Trenton by leveraging a key business location, a transit district, a new station and attractive state tax incentives to attract employers and future development to this site and downtown Trenton.

The 8th busiest transit station along the northeastern corridor, Trenton services Amtrak, NJ Transit, SEPTA, the Riverline and a number of bus lines, which will benefit commuters from New York, Philadelphia, Northern New Jersey, and Washington D.C.
