Currently in the planning and design stages, Nexus
is pleased to announce our newest residential project
– Lofts for Living. We anticipate a twelve to
eighteen month target date for completion. The units
will be either studio, one or two bedroom containing
between 1,500 to 2,000 square feet with expansive
windows. We anticipate pricing starting in the mid
$200,000 range. The Lofts are located in downtown
Trenton within walking distance to Amtrak and the
