Nexus Announces Build-to-Suit Project for Thomas
Edison State College
 Nexus Properties, Inc.
is pleased to announce our latest project, a
build-to-suit for Thomas Edison State College of 35,703
square feet for their Administration Department. The
building will be uniquely situated on the roadway next
to the Delaware and Raritan Canal. Although it is
located in a urban setting, it will have a view of the
historical canal.
 The building is
designed by Blackney Hayes Architects in
Philadelphia. It will be built suspended over a
garage to utilize smart growth and accommodate
interior parking.
