Our most recent parking facility, the Rowan Boulevard Garage is a 1,200-space parking garage built as part of Nexus Properties development of the Glassboro Main Street/Rowan Boulevard redevelopment project. The $300-million dollar project is the largest municipal redevelopment project underway in New Jersey. The expansive project includes a 60,000-square-foot, mixed-use building for Rowan’s College of Graduate and Continuing Education (CGCE). The site also houses classrooms and ground-floor retail space.
The parking facility features state-of-the art payment systems, with the option to pay using a mobile phone app and QR code scans. Nexus personnel operate the facility and monitor the property 24/7.
